Adriana Royal is a graduate of Midwest College of Oriental Medicine with over 600 hours of supervised clinical experience.   She believes that the connection between the mind and body (especially the gut and brain) is a powerful one that needs nurturing and attention and specializing in mental health and digestive disorders. Areas of focus include: anxiety, depression,  stress, insomnia, grief, PTSD, migraines, irritable bowel syndromes, digestive complaints, preventative and general health care.

In addition to Chinese Medicine, Adriana uses other healing modalities such as meditation and sound healing.  She holds two Master’s degrees in philosophy from Gonzaga University and Marquette University where she focused her studies on embodiment and vulnerability from a phenomenological perspective. She is also certified in methods of contemplative pedagogies and reiki.
